Nanoparticle drilling fluids have the potential to minimize wellbore instability problems. There is a need for development of new generation handle problems especially in lost circulation zones and shale A rheological model needed accurately describe rheology nano base fluid because limited experimental data are currently available using carbon particles water mud Inability current methods address strength with increased open hole time reduction critical weight prevent collapse challenging environment like depleted formation, narrow margin, HPHT wells. The study attempted produce locally where in-situ formation floating catalyst was used. It involved by thermal decomposition organometallic argon, acethelene nitrogen gas were CNP WBM formulation compared conventional mud. Result Show that gave better result loss which can be used as property mud, 6.2mls while soltex 8.2mls also thin firm filter cake 0.18cm formulated Therefore, good additive enhances properties helped improve add value local content oil industry save us cost through application sourced foreign exchange has export potentials Gulf Guinea other provinces.
